At World Wine & Spirits Inc, we proudly offer shipping to addresses across the United States.

Age Verification & Delivery

All purchases must be made by individuals 21 years of age or older. Our delivery partners require valid government-issued ID and an adult signature from someone 21+ at the time of delivery. Orders cannot be completed if no eligible adult is available to receive and sign for the package.

We ship to many locations throughout the United States. In areas where local laws or carrier restrictions prevent direct home delivery, your order may be sent to a nearby eligible liquor store or pickup location where permitted.

Address Accuracy & Cancellations

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping or reshipment fees.

Orders cancelled because of address errors may be subject to a 10% processing fee. Approved cancellations requested before shipment may be refunded minus the applicable cancellation fee.

Order & Product Details

Unless otherwise stated, bottles listed on World Wine & Spirits Inc are 750ml and offered subject to availability. While we make every effort to keep inventory current, availability may change without notice.

All alcohol sales are considered final once shipped. Orders cancelled prior to shipment may be eligible for a refund, less any applicable cancellation fee.

Shipping & Weather Conditions

Ground shipping may not be suitable during periods of extreme heat or freezing temperatures. World Wine & Spirits Inc is not responsible for damage caused by temperature fluctuations during transit, including heat exposure or freezing. Upon request, we may hold your order until weather conditions improve.

We do not ship alcoholic beverages exceeding 70% ABV (140 proof), including high-proof grain alcohol. Products over 24% ABV may also be subject to additional carrier restrictions and may not be eligible for air shipping.

Order Processing & Availability

Prices and product availability may change without notice. Order confirmations are typically sent within 3 business days of purchase. Once confirmed, orders generally ship within 8 business days. During holidays or high-volume periods, processing and shipping times may be slightly delayed.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you with the option to receive a refund or wait for restocking, where applicable.

Packaging & Damaged Shipments

All orders are packed securely using protective shipping materials designed for wine and spirits.

If your order arrives with significant damage, please contact us promptly and provide your order number along with clear photos of the damaged item(s), packaging, and shipping label. We insure all broken bottles upon delivery, and eligible claims for bottles broken in transit may qualify for a replacement or refund after review.

Minor cosmetic issues, slight seepage, label imperfections, or packaging wear that do not affect the integrity of the bottle may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Weather Liability Disclaimer

World Wine & Spirits Inc is not responsible for damage, delays, or product issues caused by weather conditions during shipping or delivery.
