It&#8217;s a testament to the extraordinary craftsmanship of Enrique Fonseca with an exquisite marriage of blue agave and oak. The tequila is bottled at a higher 87 proof in a handcrafted glass container. Inside the bottle, there&#8217;s a glass biznaga cactus sculpture, while the container itself is capped with an elegant glass sculpture. Fonseca is a fifth-generation master distiller known for owning one of the largest agave plantations in the Los Altos region. His tequila is distilled twice, first through stainless steel pot stills and then again through copper-pot stills.
