Only the finest vintages get selected to be released as Mill\u00e9sime expressions. Ch\u00e2teau Arton 2007 Haut-Armagnac is one of these spirits. Distilled in 2007 to 80 proof, it was then matured for 10 years in a combination of new and used oak casks. After the decade passed, the Armagnac was bottled at 90 proof and released in 2017.
